Purple Rain

It's been awhile since I visited my neighborhood park. It was just a few weeks ago that I returned from Atlanta, a hotbed for humidity and I'm soo happy that I finally got the chance to shoot at my neighborhood park. It's always serene to visit the park when there's no kids around. I played it smart and shot this between the hours of 1 pm and 3pm.

I can't believe I just recently discovered the gem that is Peter Pilotto for Target! I know I discovered this collection pretty darn late *cough* they don't even sell it at Target anymore *cough* but everything in the collection is definitely timeless. I bought the shoes, about 2 dress and a few tops and I love the prints on all of them! They all look smashing!

And of course this post wouldn't be complete without some gold jewelry thrown in :). I decided to bring back the early 2000s with the bamboo hoop earrings. I've always been a fan of them since they first hit the fashion scene and I refuse to stop wearing them!
